Wholesale & Manufacturing Nature

Natural Variations: Our products consist of natural minerals, crystals, and agates. Because these are natural stones, variations in color, banding, size, and shape are intrinsic features and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Custom Orders: For custom CNC engraving, laser marking, or specific dimensional requests, production begins only after client approval of the digital layout/proforma invoice.

Shipping, Logistics, and Customs

FOB/Ex-Works Policies: Unless specified otherwise in your proforma invoice, international shipping operates on standard commercial terms.
Import Duties: The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs clearance charges, or local taxes applicable in the destination country.
Volumetric Calculations: Shipping costs are determined based on actual weight or volumetric weight/CBM (Cubic Meters), whichever is higher, in alignment with international cargo standards.

Returns and Claims

Due to the heavy weight and high transport costs of wholesale stone shipments, we do not accept arbitrary returns.
If products are damaged during transit, a claim must be submitted to our support email within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear unboxing photographs and video evidence.
